In addition to being brothers, Oleg and Denis Tambovtsev have one more thing in common - they both suffer from cystic fibrosis. Tambovtsev's are the only family in Kazakhstan with two kids suffering from this disease. "Help Journal" have been helping this family for over 2 years now. Grisha Yakunin is a gifted young man. He is a computer prodigy and has built his last computer himself. Grisha is fond of computer design and programming and, of course, enjoys computer games. Grisha is not attending school due to chronic life-limiting illness - cystic fibrosis that affects his lungs as well as digestive system. Grisha is turning 18 this year. Four-year-old Vlad Brushko dreams that his Dad could always live with him and didn't have to leave. Unfortunately, Vlad rarely gets to see his Dad now - there are no jobs in a small village in Chernihiv region where Vlad lives now with his Mom, so Dad had to look for work in Kiev. Family desperately needs money - Vladislav has cystic fibrosis, and treatment costs are very high. Also, there are no doctors trained in treating children with cystic fibrosis in Chernihiv region, and Vlad needs to go to Moscow for tests and treatment at least once or twice a year. We are asking you to help us raise funds to cover the costs of those necessary hospital visits.

Eugene Reshetnikov is 8 years old. He lives in Kazakhstan, Kyzylorda town with his mother, father and little sister who was born in 2013. Eugene suffers from cystic fibrosis with his lungs affected as well as his intestinal tract. Help Journal has been helping Eugene for almost 3 years. During this time we managed to raise money to pay for several Eugene's treatments in Moscow, where he has been prescribed with the appropriate therapy regimen. Thanks to timely diagnosis and treatment Eugene's condition is pretty well. Because they just recently had a baby in the family, Eugene and his mother can't travel to Moscow in the next year. Eugene will receive his treatment at home. He has got all the necessary medications but we ask you to help with buying high-calories nutrition and specialized vitamins.

Three year old Serezha from Makeevka (Donetsk Region, Ukraine) has a severe form of cystic fibrosis. In order to maintain good health and improve his quality of life, this playful and inquisitive toddler needs continued comprehensive treatment that includes antibiotics, inhaled medicines to help open the airways, pancreatic enzymes and vitamins. As there are no cystic fibrosis clinic where he lives, he needs to travel to a specialized hospital in Moscow, Russia at least every six months in order for the doctors there to run necessary tests, treat infections and develop a treatment plan that Serezha's pediatricians in his home city follow for the next six months. He is not a Russian citizen, and his family needs to cover the cost of each hospitalization that runs between $2000 and $3000 depending on particular diagnostic and treatment procedures that his doctors prescribe. Serezha's Mom who is currently raising him alone, and their financial situation is dire.
