Help Journal is registered in the US as a non-profit 501(c) organization and donations are tax deductible for the US tax payers. It's run by volunteers and 100%
of money raised goes to pay for the medical expenses of young patients who have requested our assistance and to fund our on-going programs.
All administrative costs are covered by the Help Journal volunteers.

All the funds raised are used to pay for medical expenses of the young patients who have requested our assistance and to fund our on-going programs such as purchase of specialized nutrition for
patients suffering from cystic fibrosis. We are not able to accept donations intended for a particular
recipient as such donations are not tax-deductible.
